Hallo iedereen,
Ik ben gefabriceerd in 1958 te Rotterdam en woon sinds 1974 in Hellevoetsluis. Ik heb hier mijn vrouw gevonden en we hebben twee meisjes die nu 18 en 21 zijn.
Van beroep ben ik landmeter sind 1980.
Mijn eerste motor was een CZ 250 tweecilinder. Hier heb ik een jaar op gereden met veel problemen maar misschien mishandelde ik hem te veel. In 1978 ingeruild voor een Suzuki GS550E en deze in 1980 weer ingeruild voor "het beest" een Suzuki GSX1100. Wat een machine was dat toen
In 1981 heb ik deze motor ingeruild voor een auto daar ik in Apeldoorn opleiding had en op een kamer woonde. Ging altijd woensdagavond en in de weekenden naar huis om even bij mijn vrouw langs te wippen en in de winter is het toch wel glad en koud.
In 1993 begon het weer te kriebelen en heb toen maar een Suzuki GSX750EF gekocht. Onze 2e dochter was op komst en we hadden een grotere auto nodig. Dus daar ging de soes weer naar iemand anders.
In 2006 begon het weer te kriebelen en ik ging op zoek naar een sportieve tourmotor. Mijn keuze viel op een Suzuki GSX1100F en ik heb er een uit 1988 van de sloop gered en gekocht. Deze heb ik geheel (behalve het blok zelf) uit elkaar gehaald en opgeknapt. In 2008 zag ik een hele mooie op marktplaats die ik niet kon laten staan. De '88 ging naar 1 van mijn zwagers en ik kocht er 1 uit '96.
Na bijna 4 jaar toch wel eens tijd voor iets moderners en zitten kijken naar een dikke vette naked.
De FZ1 heb ik altijd een mooie fiets gevonden dus de keus was snel gemaakt. Ik heb er 1 gekocht uit 2007 met 24.500 km op de klok. Volgende week ga ik hem ophalen als de db-killer binnen is. Met de proefrit reed die geweldig maar maakte wel een bak herrie.
Het kenteken is MS-LH-27. Is dit een bekende van hier?
