Dag motormuizen,
komende week kan ik mijn nieuwe FZ1 eindelijk ophalen. Aangezien dit mijn eerste wegmotor is, wil ik ik jullie vragen of jullie tips voor me hebben op het gebied van inrijden.

komende week kan ik mijn nieuwe FZ1 eindelijk ophalen. Aangezien dit mijn eerste wegmotor is, wil ik ik jullie vragen of jullie tips voor me hebben op het gebied van inrijden.
De meningen zijn verdeeld, maar de manier waarop men mij het altijd geleerd heeft en zoals ik het ook altijd doe:
- de eerste 1000 km niet boven de 6.000 toeren (voorkomt dat ie flink olie gaat verbruiken)
- niet lang dezelfde snelheid blijven rijden (dus ga niet naar Duitsland om op de autobahn zo snel mogelijk de 1000 km te halen)
- veel schakelen
- wees niet bang om bij een stoplicht of als tussensprintje ook gewoon lekker flink het gas open te trekken (als je de toerenteller maar in de gaten houdt); dus rij niet 'lui'
Resultaat: een smeuïge fiets! :]

Ik heb 'm "stevig" ingereden volgens motoman usa. Maar trek vooral je eigen conclusies na het lezen van de artikelen.

Mijn FZ1 heeft net de inrijperiode achter de rug: de 1e 1000 km gemiddeld tot 6000rpm gereden met af een toe een sprintje (ook wel volle toeren soms, maar geen km's achter elkaar)
Daarna een km of 500 gemiddeld tot 7000rpm.
De dealer gaf aan dat het absoluut niet erg is om de motor (als ' ie warm is) af en toe voluit te draaien.... er zit ook garantie op ;)
Resultaat: het is nog steeds een beest van een motor ;) :]
Geen olieverbruik tot nu toe en hij rijdt lekker...
