verschil bouwjaar en kenteken

Het onderwerp zal waarschijnlijk wel eens eerder aan de orde geweest zijn, maar ik vind er niets over.
Een halfjaar geleden particulier een FJR gekocht die uit 2011 zou zijn. Dit is ook de datum op kenteken.
Nu blijkt het werkelijke bouwjaar in de fabriek 2006 te zijn. Een paar maanden of een jaar zou nog acceptabel zijn.
Maar 2006 is gewoon een heel ander model dan een 2011. De tegenpartij (ondertussen advocatenwerk) zegt dat datum kenteken bepalend is. Dit wordt vaak ook aangehouden als ik op onderwerp google. Maar zo'n groot verschil lijkt mij zeker gezien dat de motor diverse verbeteringen in het model heeft gehad toch een fors verschil in prijs te moeten uitmaken.
Wie heeft een dergelijke ervaring of weet er meer van ??

Ik heb er nog nooit over gelezen of gehoord maar heb er wel een gedachte over.
Er is een heel groot verschil tussen een productiejaar en het zgn bouwjaar.
Het bouwjaar wordt gebruikt voor de kenteken registratie en staat los van het productiejaar.
Ik heb zelf ooit een CB1 gekocht nieuw in 92 echter was de productie in 89.
Ik vrees dat je een harde strijd tegemoet gaat enige verweer wat ik zie is dat en als dat al het geval is
wettelijk gezien de verkopende partij een meldplicht zou hebben omtrent dit verschil in jaartal?
Je geval is niet uniek maar een hele lastige aangezien de verkoop van een overjarige motor
niet iets ongewoons is.
In ieder geval sterkte en kom je er niet uit gewoon inruilen tegen een FZ1

ik zou het niet weten maar 2006 of 2011 verschilt wel heel veel is het misschien een geïmporteerde motor , ik zou je vraag bij de RDW voorleggen misschien dat je die het een en ander wel kunnen uitleggen of adviseren, dit noemt men letterlijk genaaid.

Qua import zou die dan van buiten de Europese unie moeten komen
Anders staat de 1e datum van naamstelling op je papieren.
En als die van zover komt wordt het een lastig verhaal

Voor zover ik weet en na kan gaan komt de motor niet van buiten Europa.
Probleem is dat ik de motor particulier gekocht heb en de verkoper volgens mij ook echt niet wist dat het werkelijke bouwjaar 5 jaar eerder was.
De RWD houdt voor zover ik weet datum eerste tenaamstelling aan.
Ik voel me zeker genaaid en als ik de motor ooit weer wil verkopen kan ik niet zeggen dat het bouwjaar 2011 is.
We zullen zien wat de rechter zegt, want het gaat wel een rechtzaak worden.

Kan je alleen succes wensen maar heb de gedachte dat je de tijd en centen
welke ermee gemoeid gaan beter anders zou kunnen besteden.
Ook al gelezen te hebben dat je aangeeft dat de verkopende partij het ook niet wist.

Ben dus heel benieuwd wie en waarvoor je die persoon/instantie dan aanklaagt

Een vriend van mij kocht in 2011 een nieuwe FJR 1300AS met bouwjaar 2007, dit werd er overigens wel keurig bijverteld door de dealer (Motor Centrum Rosendaal). Het blijkt dat Yamaha, en waarschijnlijk ook andere merken, op deze manier van hun "oude" voorraad proberen te komen met bijbehorende korting natuurlijk.

In Nederland is het de regel uit te gaan van de eerste datum van kentekenafgifte, dus voor jou 2011. Ook bij verkoop en bij schade kun je zonder meer stellen 2011. Wel zal een goed geinformeerde dealer rekening houden met het bouwjaar, want het is overduidelijk een overjarig model.
Zeer waarschijnlijk een winkeldochter oftewel een motor die erg lang op Schiphol (importeur) of bij een dealer heeft gestaan.
De eerste koper heeft ongetwijfeld een behoorlijke korting gehad.

Mijn eerste Fz1 kocht ik nieuw voor 10000euro alles incl.. dit was een overjarige van 2006, in 2007 gekocht dus ook kenteken 2007.
Korting van zo'n 3000euro dus
2006 model verschild wel met die van 2007 andere vering en injectie.
Binnen een jaar aan gord gereden en toen kreeg ik natuurlijk de 2007 waarde uitgekeerd
