Hallo!

Iemand al eens contact proberen te zoeken met Yamaha Nederland??
Ik heb nl diverse mailtjes verstuurd, ja zelfs een 'echte' brief.... maar tot op heden nog geen enkele reactie.
Ben gewoon even nieuwsgierig naar jullie ervaringen.

En stiekum ben ik ook nieuwsgierig naar de rede van je meerdere pogingen.

Heb in het verleden wel eens gebeld met ze over de nalevering van een instructieboekje in het Nederlands.
Dat ging zonder problemen.

Eh...idd, in eerste instantie heb ik gebeld, echter om e.e.a. te verduidelijken ik heb gemaild naar info@yamaha-motor.nl

Het gaat over de originele roller-protectors van Yamaha. Heb onlangs een schuivertje meegemaakt en van de protector waar ik op gevallen ben is het nokje afgebroken en heeft deze een lelijke kras in mijn frame getrokken.
Was daar (uiteraard) niet blij mee. Het ging helemaal niet zo hard.... en ondanks dat de schade hersteld is blijf je toch achter met een onbevredigend gevoel. Had een valblok van bijvoorbeeld bike-design (met maar een bevestigingspunt) niet beter geweest...

Dat is in het kort een beetje mijn verhaal.... maar waar het me nu meer om gaat is dat ik tot op heden nog niets gehoord heb!
Slechte zaak.
